Dynamic Integrated Services Expands Federal IT Services with Vital Edge Solutions Acquisition

February 12, 2025 (FALLS CHURCH, Va.): Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS), an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB),​ has acquired Vital Edge Solutions (Vital Edge), a well-respected IT and professional services provider for the federal government. This acquisition strengthens DIS’s capabilities in IT modernization, strategic communications, and management consulting, positioning the company for greater impact and growth.

The acquisition combines the complementary expertise of both organizations, enhancing the ability to deliver mission-critical technology solutions while maintaining a commitment to excellence in client service. As part of the transition, all Vital Edge employees joined DIS effective February 1, 2025, and service teams remain intact, ensuring continuity for existing clients, including Veteran Affairs, Health and Human Services, NOAA, FAA and SBA.
